Uber - Consultant - Creation and development of the european subsidiary

Uber is an on-demand private driver service. Creating the european subsidiary meant creating the company, negociating with a telecom carrier to get 70 iPhones and 3G plans for the drivers, recruiting the partners & drivers or adapting the service to make it compliant with the french regulation.

EZ Embassy - Co-founder & Business Development Director

Our goal was to help american start-ups grow their business in Europe at few cost. We were thus the exclusive reseller of TypePad in Europe. My mission was divided in two types of actions: business development with exploration of market opportunities, international negotiations or the development of new sales channels, and marketing with the creation and the management of an online magazine, seminars animation, emailing campaigns or PR.

Six Apart - Business Manager in charge of France

As Business Manager, I had the responsibility to launch the community platform called TypePad Motion. In this context, I met all the key actors of the entertainment industry, and I closed deals like the creation of a community for the launch of the movie Sex and the City 2 (more than 2.000 members in a matter of weeks).

Bouygues Telecom - Jr Product Manager on handsets

In closed collaboration with directions like communication or buying, my managers and I had the responsibility to define the range of mobile phones the operator would sell, their price and to develop the roadmap. To better understand what were the expectations of the customers, we realized qualitative studies and surveys with a major institute (TNS Sofres). I also had in charge the creation of payback offers or co-branded products. To achieve this missions, I had to work in closed collaboration with other services.

Bouygues Telecom - Jr Project Manager

I had in charge the organization of an internal event, promoting the innovations developed in the different business units (60k€, 2.500 attendees).
